Bonds in favour of state and regional administrations

The policies provided for by specific laws that the subject, subject to certain obligations, must establish in favor of state and regional administrations. They belong to this classification:

• Guarantees for waste disposalThe policies, necessary to ensure the correct execution of the waste disposal operations, in the different phases of granting, collection, classification, transport, treatment, storage, dumping on the ground and in the subsoil, guarantee the Beneficiaries (Ministry of Environment Environment and Protection and the Territory of the Sea, Regions, Provinces, Municipalities), in charge of protecting the public interest, observing the required obligations and reimbursing the expenses of environmental restoration.
